100% Virgin Toy Polypropylene is a polymer produced by the polymerization of propylene and is a thermoplastic resin. It is a white waxy material with a transparent and light appearance. Density is 0.89-0.91g/cm3, flammable, melting point is 165°C, softens at around 155°C, use temperature range is -30-140°C. It can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt solution and various organic solvents below 80 ° C, and can decompose under high temperature and oxidation.

100% Virgin Toy Polypropylene is non-toxic and odorless, low density, strength, stiffness, hardness and heat resistance are better than low-pressure polyethylene, and can be used at around 100 degrees. It has good electrical properties and high-frequency insulation and is not affected by humidity, but it becomes brittle, not wear-resistant, and easy to age at low temperatures.

100% Virgin Toy Polypropylene is suitable for making general mechanical parts, corrosion-resistant parts and insulating parts. It is also widely used in the production of clothing, blankets and other fiber products, medical equipment, automobiles, bicycles, parts, pipelines, chemical containers, etc., as well as food and drug packaging. Common acid and alkali organic solvents have little effect on it, and can also be used for tableware.
