Webbing Process

Our company has webbing machine over 60 sets, can weave flat yarn and hard strength yarn webbing, weft webbing with different color. Every batch of webbing is required to do tensile, gram weight, elongation, antioxidant and UV quality tests to guarantee the quality.

Cutting Process

The automatic cutting process is adopted, and the hot cutting and cold cutting are flexibly utilized, the cutting speed is fast, the precision is high, the quality is good.Besides, the cutting is neat and the cloth surface is clean and tidy after cutting, which provides guarantee for the subsequent sewing process.

Sewing Process
