Low melt index block copolymerized PP (melt index between 1-3)
The shape is irregular and circular, and the Rockwell hardness is 75. It is made by adding a small amount of polyethylene in the homopolymerization process of petrochemical plants. Features: It reduces the hardness of homopolymer and increases the flexibility of polyethylene. The hardness is worse than homopolymer, better than polyethylene, and the toughness is better than homopolymer, but worse than polyethylene. Homopolymerization is transparent, while copolymerization is milky white. Processing methods and uses include:
Injection molding: battery casings, stroller parts, floor tile molds, turnover boxes, paint buckets, crates, etc.
Medium melt index block copolymerized PP (melt index between 15-17)
Milky white cylindrical particles, with a Rockwell hardness of about 80, have good strength, wear resistance, impact resistance, etc., have good stress crack resistance, excellent chemical stability and insulation, and have good heat resistance. Processing method: injection molding.
Main application: battery shell, stroller parts, small washing machine inner tub. the
Injection molding grade homopolymer P
Translucent, good processing stability, high-strength injection molding, melt index above 10, because of its good fluidity and rigidity, it can be used as medium and large-scale household products, home appliance accessories, etc. Processing method: injection molding.
Main application: hard packaging, household appliances and sealed storage boxes, water dispenser casings and other accessories.
